SECTION 2 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION AND HOW DO WE COLLECT IT?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the Personal Data you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

SECTION 4 – LOYALTY PROGRAMS AND FINANCIAL INCENTIVES DISCLOSURE
Dawinglobe provides special offers and benefits to customers who participate in our Loyalty Program (the “Loyalty Program“) or sign up to receive communications from us via email, text, chat, and social media. The information we request from customers when they sign up may include the customer’s email address or phone number as well as name, birthday, product preferences or other information that allows us to tailor our communications. Customers may opt-in online and can opt out of the programs at any time by contacting us or by using the unsubscribe methods provided for that communication channel such as unsubscribe links in email messages or replying “Stop” to text messages.
- Loyalty Program: Customers who participate in the Loyalty Program earn points when they purchase products that can be used to discount the price of the customer’s future purchases. We estimated the value of personal information we request from our Loyalty Program customers by comparing the amount spent by Loyalty Program customers to similarly situated customers who do not participate in the Loyalty Program over a 12-month period.
- Other Special Offers: The value of this personal information varies based on the special offer provided at the time the customer signs up, the amount purchased by the customer using that special offer, and value of future special offers the customer receives from us and uses to make purchases.
SECTION 5 – DISCLOSURE
We may share your Personal Data with the following people or organizations for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:
- other companies and members within the Dawinglobe group, including affiliates of Dawinglobe;
- other companies, contractors, or agents that assist us in providing services to you, including our online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell and deliver our products and services to you;
- if you have provided consent, other companies, contractors or agents in connection with our marketing efforts, or marketing platform providers;
- credit and debit card companies which facilitate your payments to us, and for anti-fraud screening, which may need information about your method of payment to process payment or ensure the security of your payment transaction;
- government authorities, law enforcement bodies and regulators for compliance with legal requirements, or where otherwise required by applicable Data Privacy Law; and
- our legal and other professional advisers in order to enforce our legal or to protect against any lawsuits brought against us, as may be necessary.
We may also transfer your Personal Data to potential buyers in the event that we sell or transfer all of a part of our business or assets (including in the event of a reorganization or dissolution/liquidation), under strict non-disclosure restrictions, and solely in order to allow a buyer to determine whether to proceed with the transaction, or where such a determination is made, to complete it.
SECTION 6 – SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 7 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

Google analytics:
Our store uses Google Analytics to help us learn about store visits and the pages being viewed. Google serves as a Data Processer under the GDPR, as applicable.
TikTok Pixel:
Our store uses the TikTok pixel which allows us to monitor and collect information on various user events occurring on the website, such as when a purchase is made. This information is collected by TikTok and then shared with us. The pixel collects information available via standard web browsers, like Chrome, including the following.
- Ad/ Event information: Information about the ad a TikTok user has clicked or an event that was triggered.
- Timestamp: Time that the pixel event fired. This is used to determine when website actions took place, like when a page was viewed, when a product was purchased, etc.
- IP Address: Used to determine the geographic location of an event.
- User Agent: Used to determine the device make, model, operating system and browser information.
The TikTok pixel also enables the use of first and third party cookies on the website. You may opt out of these cookies in accordance with our standard opt out procedure available when visiting the site.

Text Marketing Terms & Conditions and Notifications:
We are using a text messaging platform, which is subject to the following terms and conditions. By opting in for our text marketing and notifications, you agree to these terms and conditions.
By entering your phone number in the checkout and initialising a purchase, subscribing via our subscription form or a keyword, you agree that we may send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and text marketing offers. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition for any purchase. Standard data rates as provide by your service provider may apply. You are solely responsible for any such charges.
Your phone number, name, and purchase information will be shared with our SMS platform “SMSBump Inc”, a European Union company with an office in Sofia, Bulgaria, EU. This data will be used for sending you targeted marketing messages and notifications. Upon sending the text messages, your phone number will be passed to a text messages operator to fulfill their delivery.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests will not be accounted as a reasonable means of opting out. Message and data rates may apply. You are solely responsible for any such charges.

SECTION 8 – INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER
We intend to operate businesses in multiple jurisdictions, some of which are not located in the United States. The Personal Data that we collect from you will be stored in the United States and might also be shared with third-party data recipients (e.g. e-commerce and logistics providers and customer support providers) that are not located in the United States of America. Therefore, the Personal Data that you provide to us may be transferred internationally to countries other than the country in which you initially provided your data.
While countries outside the United States do not always have strong data privacy laws, we take measures to protect your Personal Data as described in this Privacy Policy and in compliance with applicable Data Privacy Law. We also require all third-party data recipients (including our service providers) to process your information in a secure manner and in accordance with the applicable Data Privacy Law. SECTION 9 – SECURITY
To protect your Personal Data, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

The term “Personal Data” as used in this Privacy Policy and paragraph 2 of the additional terms shall include “Personal Information” as such term is defined in the CCPA.

Under the CCPA, you are only entitled to exercise the Personal Data access right set out in this paragraph 2.8(a)(i) twice a year.
- Deletion: Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will (and will direct our service providers to whom we have disclosed your Personal Data to) delete your Personal Data unless an exception under the CCPA applies.
- The rights set out in paragraph 2.8(a) do not apply to Personal Data collected from our employees as part of their employment with us or Personal Data collected as part of a business-to-business transaction.

- Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your Personal Data. As set out in Section 3(B) of the Privacy Policy, we may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm that your request is a verifiable consumer request.
2.9 Non-Discrimination.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights under the CCPA. Specifically, unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:
- deny you access to services provided by us;
- charge you different prices or rates for the goods and/or services provided by us or impose penalties on you;
- provide you with a different level or quality of goods and/or services than otherwise generally provided by us; or
- suggest that you will receive a different price or rate for, or a different level or quality of, the goods and/or services generally provided by us.
2.10 Do Not Track.
To the extent it is applicable, we do not respond to “Do Not Track” requests or signals.
